Refund policy

We want you to be overjoyed with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ll gladly take it back.

What qualifies

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it’s in new and unused condition. Trying it on is completely fine. If we find an item has been used beyond that, we’ll issue a partial refund instead.

How to return an item

1. Email us at support@livinggarments.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Get your instructions. We’ll send you directions for shipping the item(s) back to us. We cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Send it back as directed.
4. Get your refund. Once your return arrives and meets the criteria above, we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Items we can’t accept

If an item arrives in a condition we deem unsellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back to you at your expense.
