Refund policy

We want you to be overjoyed with your purchase. If for any reason you are not overjoyed, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is in new and unused condition. If we detect that the product has been used more than just to try on the shirt then only partial refund will be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@livinggarments.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item(s) meet the criteria upon arrival, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. If an item is returned in a condition that we deem to be unsellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to the customer at their expense.
