How can I track my package?
Please use the tracking number that you are provided with once your package has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, check your spam OR contact

My package hasn't arrived, what can I do?
If your package has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping date, please contact us at
support@livinggarments.shop
and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that due to shipping carrier delays and other factors outside of our control, delivery times may vary. However, we will do everything we can to help you locate your package and ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.
We want every customer to feel confident and at peace with their purchase. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
